Frieda is a Czech patient organization for people living with Friedreich’s ataxia (FA). It creates a space where patients and their families can share experiences and support one another, works to improve access to treatment, raises awareness of FA, and cooperates with doctors and institutions on the latest science, research, and promising medicines.

Our goals:

- Sharing, passing on experiences and mutual assistance between patients and their family members.
- Communication with pharmaceutical consortia regarding effective treatments for patients with FA.
- Raising awareness about FA disease
- Communication with the professional medical community
